These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Harvey's Cleaning Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Harvey's Cleaning Solutions LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Casselberry, Florida and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Standard residential cleaning
• Deep cleaning services
• Commercial and office cleaning
• Move-in and move-out cleaning
• Recurring cleaning services

Scheduling and Appointments

All cleaning appointments are scheduled in advance. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and property information
• Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time
• Secure pets in a safe area during the cleaning
• Remove or secure valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full service amount.

Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is provided in advance through quotes. Prices are based on the size of the space, type of cleaning, and any additional services requested. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. Our guarantee does not cover:

• Pre-existing stains, damage, or conditions
• Areas not included in the agreed scope of service
• Issues arising from lack of access to areas

Access to Property

You are responsible for providing safe access to your property. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time due to lockouts, security issues, or other access problems, the appointment may be considered a no-show.

Liability and Insurance

Harvey's Cleaning Solutions LLC is fully insured. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance to cover accidental damage or breakage that may occur during our services. However:

• We are not liable for damage to items that are fragile, valuable, or improperly secured
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
• Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items, up to $500 per occurrence

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide a safe working environment for our cleaning team
• Disclose any hazardous materials or conditions on the property
• Secure pets during the cleaning service
• Remove or secure items of significant value
• Maintain clear pathways for cleaning equipment

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Harvey's Cleaning Solutions LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harvey's Cleaning Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harvey's Cleaning Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Seminole County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
